Nulleuri / Website privacy

Your website visit and your choices

01

Who is responsible

Blacksunset OÜ, Estonian registry code 16513658, operates Nulleuri and is responsible for the website processing described here. Address: Hariduse põik 1, Kõrveküla alevik, Tartu vald, Tartu maakond, 60512, Estonia. Privacy and support contact: info@blacksunset.ee.

This website notice is separate from each product’s app privacy policy. Visiting an app’s product or privacy page does not give this website access to records held inside that Android app.

02

Delivering and protecting the website

When you request a page or file, the hosting service receives ordinary connection information, which can include your IP address, request time, requested address, browser information and referring address. Technical logs may be used to deliver the site, investigate errors and protect it from misuse.

This processing supports our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website. Log retention depends on the hosting service’s operational and security settings and any relevant incident or legal requirement; this notice does not promise a fixed log-deletion interval.

03

Optional Google Analytics

If you choose Accept analytics, Google Analytics helps us understand which pages people use and which product links they open in Google Play. The legal basis is your consent. Without that choice, our analytics code does not load Google’s analytics script or send analytics events. Refusing analytics does not prevent you from using the site.

After consent, measurements include page views, the page language and type, a product identifier and clicks from product pages to Google Play. Google can also process a pseudonymous browser or device identifier, device and browser details, language and approximate geographic information. These data are not the same as anonymous statistics.

Our page addresses sent to analytics exclude query strings and fragments. The referrer is reduced to its origin, such as https://example.com, without its path, query or fragment. We do not send names, email addresses, app records, income amounts, medication details or an account User-ID. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled; this implementation does not use analytics for remarketing.

Google Analytics receives connection information to process requests and derive approximate location. Google states that EU, UK and Swiss IP addresses are discarded after that location derivation rather than logged in Analytics. This does not mean no data reaches Google.

04

Browser storage and retention

We save your accepted or refused choice in this browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. That record contains the choice and its timestamps and is used to respect it. It is not a Google Analytics cookie. If browser storage is blocked, a choice may last only while the page remains open.

After consent, our Google Analytics cookies use the nulleuri prefix and are limited to the current website host, not shared across its subdomains. Their lifetime is capped by the remaining consent period, up to 180 days, and is not extended merely by visiting another page.

Google Analytics user-level and event-level retention is set to two months, with renewal on new activity disabled. Google performs deletion according to its service schedule. Standard aggregated reports can remain longer because that retention setting does not govern those reports.

Clearing browser storage removes the locally saved choice and identifiers but does not itself delete measurements already processed by Google. You can contact us about data rights using the address below.

05

Change or withdraw your choice

Open Analytics choices in the footer to allow or refuse analytics. You can withdraw at any time by choosing Reject analytics. This stops subsequent website analytics events and attempts to remove this implementation’s analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.

Your choice is specific to this browser and website host. You may need to choose separately on another browser or device. When the saved choice expires, analytics remains off until you allow it again.

06

Service providers and international processing

Our hosting provider processes connection data to operate this site. If you permit analytics, Google Analytics processes measurement data through Google Ireland Limited and Google group infrastructure. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under Google’s applicable data-processing terms and transfer safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses where required.

Opening Google Play, an external website or a mail application is a separate action. The destination applies its own privacy terms; your analytics choice here does not control another service.

07

When you contact us

If you email info@blacksunset.ee, we and our email providers receive your address, message and attachments that you choose to send. We use them to answer your request, handle necessary follow-up and meet applicable legal obligations. Send only what is needed for the request.

Support processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, steps requested before a contract where relevant, or applicable legal duties. We retain correspondence while needed for those purposes; this website does not automatically send app records to support.

08

Your rights and policy changes

Where data-protection law applies, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal data that we control, restrict or object to processing, and request portability where applicable. For these requests or questions about our providers and safeguards, contact info@blacksunset.ee. We may need information to identify the relevant records; we do not have an app account that identifies every website visitor.

You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or another competent supervisory authority. This notice is updated when website processing changes; its revision date appears above.
