Privacy policy

Privacy notice for All Clues True 1.0.0. The app requires no account and has no developer-operated backend or separate developer analytics. Game sessions, progress, settings and the daily-access ledger stay in app-private local storage. Google UMP refreshes applicable advertising consent information on every app launch, including during the starter tier and for Premium, but Google Mobile Ads initialization and ad requests remain suppressed throughout those ad-free states. Google Play Billing handles the optional one-time Premium purchase.

Controller and scope

The publisher and controller for developer-managed processing is Blacksunset OÜ, Estonian registry code 16513658. Contact: info@blacksunset.ee.

If you email support, the studio processes your email address and message only to answer the request and meet applicable legal obligations.

Data handled by the app

  • Local game data includes opened and completed case identifiers, current placements and candidate marks, undo and redo state, used hints, completion state and other information needed to restore an unfinished session.
  • Local access records include the starter-case and free-mode state, the highest locally observed UTC day, daily campaign unlock counts, already opened cases, ad pacing counters and the last reconciled Premium entitlement cache. Version 1 uses the Android system locale and does not store a separate in-app language choice.
  • Google Mobile Ads may process and share IP address or approximate location derived from it, app and advertising interactions, diagnostics, and device, account or advertising identifiers for advertising or marketing, analytics, and fraud prevention, security and compliance, subject to the applicable consent and device settings.
  • Google Play processes purchase transactions. All Clues True receives product availability, Google Play’s localized formatted price, purchase state and the technical purchase data needed to grant, acknowledge and restore Premium. The app never receives payment-card or bank-account details.

Permissions

  • The app source declares internet and network-state access. The integrated Google SDKs add non-dangerous basic phone-state, Advertising ID and Privacy Sandbox AdServices declarations, Google Play Billing access, and wake-lock/background-job infrastructure. All Clues True does not request runtime access to precise or approximate device location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, broad file storage or notifications.
  • Google Mobile Ads may use an Android advertising identifier when it is available under the user’s device, regional and consent settings. All Clues True does not request Android location permission.

Storage and security

  • Case progress and sessions are stored in an app-private Room database. Daily and unlock ledgers, ad pacing, the highest locally observed UTC day and the cached Premium state use app-private DataStore files. Starter-case and free-mode access flags use app-private SharedPreferences. None of this state is uploaded to Nulleuri or Blacksunset.
  • Android cloud backup and device transfer are enabled for the local database, eligible DataStore progress and the starter-case and free-mode access flags. Eligible game state may therefore be restored by Android on another installation or device under the user’s Android backup settings.
  • The cached Premium entitlement is explicitly excluded from Android backup. Google Play remains authoritative for ownership and the app reconciles the local cache when Billing is available.
  • All Clues True does not permit cleartext network traffic. Google states that data disclosed for the Google Mobile Ads Next-Gen SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. No security measure is absolute.

Third-party services

  • On every app launch, the first foreground Activity in that app process requests one Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent-information update and presents any applicable privacy form. This also occurs during the 12-case starter tier and when Premium is active. The UMP refresh does not initialize Google Mobile Ads or request an ad: Mobile Ads SDK initialization, ad loading and ad requests remain suppressed throughout the ad-free starter tier and whenever Premium is active.
  • In metered free mode, Google Mobile Ads may supply a consent-eligible interstitial opportunity only when the player leaves a solved-case result, never before a case opens, and only after at least three completed cases and at least 15 foreground minutes. Rewarded ads are optional and may be chosen only for one concrete Deduction hint. Ads fail open and never block access when unavailable.
  • Google Play Billing supplies the localized Premium offer, processes the one-time purchase and restores ownership through the purchasing Google Play account. All Clues True does not process financial credentials.
  • The integrated Google SDK graph includes WorkManager background-job components through Mobile Ads and Google Data Transport through Play Billing. The generated Android manifests omit WorkManager’s generic foreground-service permission and service. All Clues True has no first-party foreground-service feature, does not schedule foreground work and requests no notification permission. Beyond the Google services disclosed above, the app has no separate first-party analytics or crash-reporting service, additional advertising mediation or attribution SDK, cloud sync, developer account provider or developer-operated backend.
  • Google and its service providers may process information in countries other than the user’s country, subject to Google’s published privacy terms and applicable legal safeguards.

Advertising and purchases

  • The first 12 campaign cases are a free opening with no Google Mobile Ads SDK initialization or ad request; the once-per-launch UMP consent-information refresh still runs as described above. After the explanation for case 12, the player may buy Premium, restore a prior purchase or continue free. Continuing free uses the highest UTC day observed locally on that device, not trusted server time, and permits three new campaign-case unlocks for that recorded day plus its Daily Case. The stored day never moves backwards, so a backward clock change cannot reissue an earlier quota; a forward change can advance the record. Already opened cases remain available.
  • The free mode has no banner, app-open, generic app-exit or in-board ads. Interstitial opportunities are limited to leaving a solved-case result and the pacing gate; none is shown before a case opens. No ad appears during a case, immediately after an error, on the solved result itself, on the Premium screen, in purchase or restore, or in consent and privacy flows. Rewarded ads are available only as an optional way to receive one concrete Deduction hint.
  • Premium is a restorable one-time, non-consumable purchase, not a subscription. It removes every ad request and opens the complete launch campaign. The Estonia and euro-area base price is €5.99, while the final regional price shown to the player is always Google Play’s localized formatted price.
  • Blacksunset Studio does not sell personal information. When advertising is enabled, Google Mobile Ads may collect and share the disclosed data within Google’s advertising and service ecosystem under Google’s terms.

Retention and deletion

  • Clearing All Clues True app data or uninstalling removes local game data and preferences from that device. Data eligible for Android backup may later be restored according to the user’s Android backup settings.
  • The cached Premium state is not backed up. Permanent Premium ownership remains associated with the purchasing Google Play account and can be restored through Google Play; Google retains purchase records under its own policies.
  • Google retains consent and advertising information under its own policies. All Clues True has no developer-managed account or cloud profile to delete. If a user emails support, Blacksunset and its email providers receive the sender address, message and attachments; deletion can be requested at info@blacksunset.ee subject to applicable legal retention duties.

Where data-protection law applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data controlled by the publisher, and object to processing. Most product data described here is held only on your device and can be managed there.
