Controller and scope
The publisher and controller for developer-managed processing is Blacksunset OÜ, Estonian registry code 16513658. Contact: info@blacksunset.ee.

If you email support, the studio processes your email address and message only to answer the request and meet applicable legal obligations.
Data handled by the app
- Period and cycle dates, flow, pain, mood, energy, symptoms, medication logs, notes, excluded ranges, reminders and tracking settings that you enter are stored locally.
- Google Mobile Ads may process IP address, approximate location derived from network information, app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and device or account identifiers for consent-aware advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. It does not receive cycle dates, symptoms, notes or other health entries.
- If you email support, Blacksunset OÜ receives the email address, message and any information you choose to include so it can answer your request.
Permissions
- Notifications are optional and support local reminders. Device authentication may be used for the app lock when you enable it.
- Internet and network-state access support Google consent, advertising and Billing. BlushDay does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files or Health Connect access.
Storage and security
- Entries stay in local app storage and Android automatic app backup is disabled. CSV exports, password-encrypted Pro backups and doctor PDFs are created only when you choose a destination and remain under your control; restoring an encrypted backup also happens only when you choose.
Third-party services
- Google User Messaging Platform manages privacy choices where required.
- Google Mobile Ads supplies one banner on main free-version views only when consent permits it. Health entries are never sent to the advertising service.
- Google Play Billing processes and restores the one-time Pro purchase. BlushDay has no developer backend, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, cloud account or AI service.
Advertising and purchases
- BlushDay Pro is a restorable one-time purchase, not a subscription. Google Play displays and charges the applicable price for the user's country or region. Pro removes all advertising and unlocks custom symptoms, detailed insights, encrypted backup and restore, a doctor PDF and additional themes.
Retention and deletion
- Delete individual entries or all app data inside BlushDay. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local records unless you separately exported them. Exported files must be deleted from their destination separately. Google retains consent, advertising and purchase records under its own policies. Support emails can be deleted by requesting it at info@blacksunset.ee, subject to applicable legal retention duties.
Your rights and contact
Where data-protection law applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data controlled by the publisher, and object to processing. Most product data described here is held only on your device and can be managed there.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
