Controller and scope

If you email support, the studio processes your email address and message only to answer the request and meet applicable legal obligations.
Data handled by the app
- Contract and profile settings, alert thresholds, monthly budgets, widget preferences, EV plan inputs and backup choices you enter.
- Optional Estfeed client credentials, selected metering-point identifiers and requested consumption values.
- Google Mobile Ads may process IP address, advertising identifiers, app interactions and diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention.
Permissions
- Notifications are optional. The app does not request device location.
Storage and security
- Profiles are stored locally. Estfeed credentials are encrypted with Android Keystore and excluded from Android cloud backup. An optional .elektri-backup file is encrypted with the password you choose and remains under your control.
Third-party services
- Elering provides public market prices and, when you connect it, Estfeed metering data.
- Open-Meteo supplies weather inputs used by the locally calculated seven-day statistical estimate.
- Google User Messaging Platform and Google Mobile Ads handle privacy choices and free-version advertising. Google Play Billing handles the optional Premium purchase.
Advertising and purchases
- The free Android version may show limited banner ads. Premium is a one-time purchase that removes ads and unlocks additional features; it is not a subscription. The app has no developer-managed user account.
Retention and deletion
- Disconnecting Estfeed removes that profile’s credentials. Deleting a profile, clearing app data or uninstalling removes the relevant local Android data. Exported backup files must be deleted separately. Google retains consent, advertising and purchase data under its own policies.
Your rights and contact
Where data-protection law applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data controlled by the publisher, and object to processing. Most product data described here is held only on your device and can be managed there.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
