Controller and scope

The publisher and controller for developer-managed processing is Blacksunset OÜ, Estonian registry code 16513658. Contact: info@blacksunset.ee.

If you email support, the studio processes your email address and message only to answer the request and meet applicable legal obligations.

Data handled by the app

• The app uses the income-source names, amounts, currencies, dates, payment periods and work schedules you enter to calculate estimated income. Past-year totals and notes are entered separately. These are local records, not bank transactions.
• Language, display currency, calculation time zone, hide-amounts and reduced-motion preferences are stored locally. The opening-animation choice and each widget’s amount-display consent are also kept on the device. There is no automatic collection of your location, contacts, advertising identifier or browsing history.
• When you choose to show amounts, widgets pass the chosen estimate, currency and update timestamp to your device’s home-screen launcher for display. Amounts are hidden by default for each new widget; the app-wide Hide amounts setting overrides the widget’s choice.
• If you contact info@blacksunset.ee, Blacksunset and its email providers receive your email address, message and attachments to answer your request. Do not send income records or backup files unless they are necessary for your request.

Permissions

• Nulleuri does not request internet, Advertising ID, location, contacts, camera, microphone, notification or broad storage permissions. It has no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, account, cloud-sync or in-app billing SDK.
• Android’s system file picker grants access only to a backup file or destination you select for import or export. A cloud document provider may use its own internet connection to retrieve or upload that file under its own terms.
• The desk clock keeps the screen awake only while that view is active in the foreground and changes only its own window brightness. Leaving the view restores normal window behaviour; it does not change device-wide brightness settings. This is a manually opened view, not a lock screen, always-on display or wallpaper.

Storage and security

• Income records, annual records and preferences are stored in Android app-private files on your device. They are not automatically uploaded to Nulleuri or Blacksunset. The app relies on Android’s app isolation and your device security; it does not add a separate custom encryption or authentication layer.
• Android automatic cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled in the app configuration. There is no automatic cloud sync. Keep your own backup before changing phones, clearing app storage or uninstalling.
• A JSON backup contains your income records, schedules, annual totals, notes and app settings in readable, unencrypted plain text. Export happens only after you choose a destination. Restoring a selected valid backup replaces current app data after confirmation. Exported copies remain in the location you choose, including any selected cloud service.
• Hiding amounts is a display preference, not a security lock or encryption. Income names and labels can remain visible, and editing reveals saved amounts. Anyone who can see an unhidden widget or desk clock can read its displayed estimate. Use your device screen lock and choose display and backup locations carefully.

Third-party services

• Nulleuri has no bank connection, developer account service or developer server for income data. Income estimates are calculated locally from your entries; the app does not transmit them to Google Play as part of its operation.
• Google Play separately processes the upfront purchase, download and updates under Google’s terms. Google may make order and sales information available to the publisher through Play Console. Nulleuri does not request or receive your payment-card or bank-account details. • The privacy-policy link opens your external browser. Opening a web page is separate from the offline app: your browser and the website host may process ordinary technical request data such as IP address, browser details and the requested page to deliver and protect the website. The link does not attach or upload your local income records.
• Backup providers, your home-screen launcher and any email service you choose operate under their own terms. A file exported or sent outside the app is no longer controlled solely by Nulleuri’s local storage settings.

Advertising and purchases

• Nulleuri is planned as a paid-upfront app, purchased once through Google Play before installation. The planned base price is €1, or US $1 in the United States; Google Play shows the final local price and applicable taxes before purchase. Public purchase is not available while the app remains in preparation.
• The upfront purchase includes all app features. There is no free tier, advertising, subscription, in-app purchase or paid feature unlock. The app does not contain the Google Play Billing SDK.

Retention and deletion

• Local income and annual records remain until you change or delete them in the app. To remove all local app data and preferences, clear Nulleuri’s storage in Android settings or uninstall it. Removing a home widget removes its widget-specific consent preference, not the underlying income records.
• Delete exported backup copies separately from their local or cloud destinations. Clearing app data or uninstalling does not delete those copies. Device loss or removal of local app data without a backup can permanently lose your records. Blacksunset cannot recover or remotely delete records held only on your device.
• There is no Nulleuri app account or developer cloud profile to delete. Google retains its purchase and service information under its own policies. Deleting local app data does not cancel or refund a Google Play purchase; purchase and refund requests are handled through Google Play.
• Support mail is retained only as needed to answer your request and meet applicable legal duties. You may request access, correction or deletion of support information held by Blacksunset by emailing info@blacksunset.ee, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

Your rights and contact

Where data-protection law applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data controlled by the publisher, and object to processing. Most product data described here is held only on your device and can be managed there.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
