Explore a monthly fee using recorded costs and a target margin. Scenarios are estimates that depend on your inputs; they do not set customer prices or guarantee earnings.
The Free plan includes every current tool for one active service location. Two locations for the same client count as two sites. Paused and archived sites do not count toward the active-site limit.
Pro unlocks unlimited active sites with a one-time purchase and no monthly or annual subscription. Configured Google Play prices are USD 33.99 in the US and AUD 51.99 in Australia. The app is still in review; after launch Google Play will show the final local price and applicable taxes before purchase.
Enter records manually or import CSV, export readable CSV files, and create a password-protected business backup. Business records stay on your device unless you export them. Google Play handles Pro purchases and purchase checks; its billing SDK also handles technical diagnostics.
Built for one operator working on one device, initially for the US and Australia. PoolMargin does not provide cloud sync, invoicing, payment collection or automatic route optimization. The app interface is available in English and Spanish.
