Controller and scope

The publisher and controller for developer-managed processing is Blacksunset OÜ, Estonian registry code 16513658. Contact: info@blacksunset.ee.

If you email support, the studio processes your email address and message only to answer the request and meet applicable legal obligations.

Data handled by the app

• This policy covers Pilvoro Dial, package ee.blacksunset.pilvorodial, with the Google Play name Pilvoro: Digital Watch Face. The publisher is Blacksunset OÜ, Estonian registry code 16513658, under the developer name Blacksunset Studio. Contact: info@blacksunset.ee.
• Wear OS uses the watch’s time, date, language and 12-hour or 24-hour preference to draw the watch face. It also applies your selected layout, colour palette, seconds display and always-on date setting. Pilvoro Dial does not send these values or a history of displayed information to the publisher.
• Optional information fields, also called complications, show values supplied by the providers selected in the watch face editor. Depending on your choices, these can include battery level, step count, calendar events or other information, including personal or health-related information. Pilvoro Dial displays the provider’s values through Wear OS; it does not measure them or access your calendar directly, and does not maintain its own calendar, activity database or sensor history.
• If you email info@blacksunset.ee, the support operator and email provider receive your email address, message and any attachments you include. These are used to answer your request, handle related support or purchase issues and meet applicable legal obligations. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it to handle the request. We do not ask for health or calendar data; include only what is needed to explain the issue.

Permissions

• The Pilvoro Dial package requests no Android permissions and includes no executable app code or advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or billing SDK. Wear OS renders its watch face resources. The watch face has no network connection of its own.
• A selected information provider may need its own permissions, account or internet access. For example, a calendar provider may require sign-in before it can show events. Manage those permissions and accounts in the provider’s app or the watch’s settings; selecting a provider does not create a Pilvoro account.

Storage and security

• Wear OS manages your watch face configuration and the selected information providers. Pilvoro Dial does not offer a personal-data archive, export service or developer-managed cloud backup. It does not copy the information shown by providers into a separate Pilvoro database.
• Any backup or transfer of watch settings offered by Wear OS or the watch manufacturer is a separate system service. Its availability, contents and retention follow that service’s settings and policies. Disabling app backup in the Pilvoro Dial package does not mean that all system-managed watch settings are excluded from a device backup.

Third-party services

• System and third-party information providers control how they obtain and update their data. Tapping an information field can open the selected provider’s action or app. That provider’s permissions, privacy policy and account settings apply to its processing; Pilvoro Dial does not control the provider’s services or retention.
• Google Play processes the paid download, account, payment, installation and purchase history under Google’s own terms and privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. The watch face does not request your Google password or payment-card details and has no in-app purchase or purchase-restoration flow.
• After sales begin, the publisher can receive order and financial information through Google Play’s developer reports. This can include an order reference, product, date, amount, status and country or regional information. The publisher may use these records for purchase support, refunds, accounting and applicable legal obligations. These business records are separate from the information displayed on your watch.
• This policy describes the watch face. Opening this website sends the usual technical web-request information, which can include your IP address and browser details, to the website’s hosting service so it can deliver the page. This website processing is separate from the watch face; it is not a connection made by Pilvoro Dial on your watch.

Advertising and purchases

• Pilvoro Dial is coming soon for compatible Wear OS 5 or newer watches. The planned model is one paid download through Google Play, with the local price shown before purchase. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions or ads in the watch face. Information providers you select remain separate services under their own terms.

Retention and deletion

• Changing the layout can hide an information field while leaving its provider and tap action active. To remove that action, choose Empty / None for the slot in the watch face editor. For Clear, empty all three slots; when changing Agenda to Daily, empty the long-text slot. If necessary, select Agenda temporarily to access every slot. Available labels can differ by device.
• Choose another watch face to stop displaying Pilvoro Dial, or uninstall it to remove its package from the watch. Removing a field or the watch face does not delete the provider’s records, Google account, Google Play purchase history or system backups. Manage those records through the relevant provider or device service.
• Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, resolve related disputes or meet applicable legal obligations. Order and accounting records are retained for applicable legal obligations and relevant claims. These records are not used to create advertising profiles. You can contact info@blacksunset.ee about personal data controlled by Blacksunset OÜ; the publisher cannot delete data held independently by Google, your watch manufacturer or a selected information provider.

Your rights and contact

Where data-protection law applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data controlled by Blacksunset OÜ, and object to processing. Contact info@blacksunset.ee to exercise these rights or ask about information you have sent to us. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. Information held independently by Google, your watch manufacturer or a selected information provider is managed through that service.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.

This policy may be updated when the app or legal requirements change. The revision date above shows the current version.
