Product details

Built around one clear job.

Each product begins with a practical problem and removes everything that does not help solve it.

Create a house guide with your own rooms, equipment and instructions. Confirm the checklist variants that fit your home and how you leave it.

Every departure starts a new check. Earlier completion marks and photos are not carried forward as fresh evidence.

Mark each item as done, an issue, skipped or not applicable. Keep the reason and issue priority alongside the record so incomplete checks remain visible.

Take a fresh photo in the app and choose whether to use it. Adding a photo and confirming a completed check are separate actions.

Generate a PDF with notes and optional photos in any of the four supported languages. Open Android’s share menu to choose a recipient or app; AwayNote does not claim that a report was delivered or read.

Your guide, checks and photos are stored on your device. Export a readable ZIP backup to a location you choose and restore it alongside existing homes. There is no AwayNote account, automatic cloud sync or advertising.

A few useful things to know.

How do I use AwayNote before leaving a cabin?

Create a guide for your rooms and equipment, then start a fresh departure check. Mark each item as done, an issue, skipped or not applicable, adding notes or fresh photos when useful. Previous completion marks and photos are not reused as new evidence.

Will my family see changes automatically?

No. AwayNote stores guides, checks and photos on your device without automatic cloud sync. Generate a PDF and choose a sharing app or recipient through Android. A readable ZIP backup can be exported separately; AwayNote does not confirm delivery or that a report was read.

Which languages can I use in the app and PDF reports?

AwayNote supports English, Finnish, Swedish and Norwegian Bokmål in its interface and generated PDF reports. This Estonian product guide does not mean the app has an Estonian interface.
